Spartan Families,

Please review the linked Distance Learning Schedule with your student. It is intended to provide students and parents with a course catalog of each teacher, course name, digital platform being utilized, contact information, and staff availability for student support.

Beginning April 20, 2020, students will be assigned work daily in all subjects; however, the schedule attached is set aside for live interaction with teachers and classmates. Priority is given to subjects to avoid conflict and to organize when assignments are due. Teachers are available via email, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.

All assignments will be graded. All assignments are due for subjects at 11:59 PM at the end of the assigned day.

Office hours and Google Meetings are available for students and teacher only. To protect individual student privacy, parents/guardians are not to be involved in these forums. In addition, the use of headphones is strongly encouraged.

Counselors continue to be available to talk Monday-Friday by appointment. Students may send counselors a message on the Remind App OR email at or It is important that students continue to check "Class of" Google Classroom for updates regarding AHC and College Now! courses, College Board Updates for AP, SAT and ACT testing and other important information.

***Spring Break will be 4/10-4/17. During this time, no new coursework will be given and no office hours will be available***
